CARLY RECORD FEDELE graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science in 2004. After graduation, she obtained her real estate license and worked as a paralegal for a civil litigation firm. Thereafter, she attended Georgia State University College of Law. While in law school, she worked as a graduate research assistant for a world renowned professor in the field of bioethics and the law and served as an Associate Research Editor for the Georgia State Law Review. Carly graduated magna cum laude from law school with a rank of tenth in her class in 2009. After graduation from law school, she worked as judicial assistant for Judge Anne Elizabeth Barnes on the Georgia Court of Appeals. She then transitioned into the practice of workers' compensation defense and has dedicated the past ten years of her law practice to representing employers and insurers in workers' compensation claims.
