Rachel Weissert graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management and Insurance and a secondary major in Sports Management. After graduation, Rachel attended Wake Forest University School of Law where she earned her J.D. While in law school, Rachel was a Student Clinician in the Veterans Legal Clinic, gaining valuable experience conducting fact investigations, formulating case plans, and advocating for clients. Rachel also spent a summer as a Legal Extern for FEMA’s Office of the Chief Counsel where she assisted the Federal Insurance and Mitigation Legal Division. Rachel joined Speed, Seta, Martin, Trivett, Stubley & Fickling as a first-year associate and is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia.
